JECC participates in the world’s largest international maritime exercise for the first time

From June 26 – Aug. 1, members of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command participated in U.S. Pacific Fleet’s Rim of the Pacific 2014, a multinational maritime exercise held every two years in and around the Hawaiian Islands.

JECC Army Reserve Element holds change of command

On Aug. 8, U.S. Army Reserve Col. Tom Niles relinquished command of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command’s Army Reserve Element to U.S. Army Reserve Col. Guy M. Hollingsworth in a ceremony at the Pennsylvania House onboard Naval Station Norfolk, Va.

From May 27 to July 18, seven members of the 290th Joint Communications Support Squadron provided uninterrupted connectivity during Pacific Partnership 2014, U.S. Pacific Fleet’s annual humanitarian assistance operation in the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
